Don’t have a PayPal account? No worries. You will be taken to a secure payment screen where you will be able to enter your billing information. No need to sign up for a PayPal account.
How and when do I get my serial key code? After the payment goes through our system, a key will be generated and e-mailed to the email address you specify in the payment screen. It is at the bottom of the screen titled “Name to register to”. If no name is entered and you do not have a PayPal account, we will register the license to your email address.
What if I don’t want to pay with a credit card? Although this is the preferred payment method, we do accept personal/business checks. Please contact us at contact@capp-ware.com if you are interested in paying this way.
What is the user name and password for the PhoneMgr.exe program? The username is “administrator” and the password is “password” These can be changed after logging in. Just go to the UserMgr tab at the top, click on the administrator name on the left, and type your new password in the space provided at the right. |
